Achieving third place in the Open class was a great feat for these boys from Puna University, with little financial backing and lot of chutzpah.

This year, as first class graduates, the team are entering pro racing with a bike that is 90% new for the 2010 UK Championship.

"The race last year was challenging but we learnt a lot in the paddock. The atmosphere was fantastic and we are really looking forward to going back and repeating our winning performance. We are ready to offer a real challenge to the rest of the grid, and are aiming to have a podium position once more and really make India proud!"

As with most teams, the job of finding sponsors has been uphill, and they say they are open to sponsorship and feel confident any supporter will see huge returns for their investment. With current sponsors including the now famous Agni Motors as both the Team Technical Advisor and Electrical System Sponsor as well as Indian Engineering firm Tirupati Engineers, the team have a head start on the championship bid.
